I have been age verified, but I can't place an order

Please note: from December 2019, customers have been unverified in our system as per the new Federal Law regarding the purchase of tobacco products. They are required to reverify in order to place orders with us once more.

If you have created more than one account with us, this can sometimes cause problems when logging back into our website.

We advise you to use the email address you signed up with, and if this doesn't work, please submit a support ticket, and we will delete all duplicate accounts you have created with us, and this should resolve the matter.

Please note that if you are creating an account in one of the following states, then you must pass third-party verification and upload a copy of your identification for review before you can complete your purchase:

  • Alabama
  • Delaware*
  • Pennsylvania
  • Washington, D.C.
  • Kentucky
  • Maryland
  • New Jersey
  • Oregon
  • Wyoming

*When shipping to Delaware, the address on your ID must match the address you use to age verify your account.
